What can we help you with?



 Is there a minimum age for children?

Children above 15kg can go on the boat. 3-12 years old is considered child, below 3 years old is free of charge.

 What will we see on the tour?

Dubai Marina, Atlantis,The Palm, Burj Al Arab and some other landmarks.

 Where are the boats located?

Splash tours boats are located in Dubai Marina, Al Seba Street ( Behind Lotus hotel apartments and Al Rahim Mosque)

 Would this trip be okay for pregnant women?

Unfortunately pregnant ladies are not allowed on board.

 What is the closest landmark to your place?

We are located behind Al Rahim Mosque which is next to Lotus Hotel Apartments. Choithram is nearby as well.

 Can I edit or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be shifted to other timings upon availability. In some cases refund is granted. Either way you have to call us not less than 24 hours before your booking time on our number 800 4 SPLASH (775274) or +971 43626277.

 What is the maximum age allowed on board?

We don’t have a maximum age to board the boat however there are certain conditions regarding health Please refer to our terms and conditions.

 Do you serve food on board?

We only serve bottled water.

 Is there a parking nearby?

Of course, a lot of parking spaces are available on the street in front of the mosque.

 Can we swim on this tour?

We only stop to take photos. Swimming is not allowed.

 How fast can the boat go?

Up to 40 knots.

 If we are scared of speed can the boat go slower?

Sure, we want you to enjoy it!

 Is there a place to keep our luggage?

Unfortunately not.

 Is the tour safe for kids?

Yes, we have special life jackets for children.

 What is the dress code? Are we going to get wet?

Any comfortable clothes would be fine. You won't get wet on this tour.

  Can we bring our camera?

Of course, you'll take great photos.
